Routine check-ups and maintenance are the best way to keep your dental costs down. You can expect to pay a small co-pay of $12 for each appointment.

Through the course of your annual enrollment, every eligible family member will receive:
   • Two routine exams.
   • Two bitewing x-rays are included.
   • Two cleanings at $35 each.
   • A significant discount of 25% off of all other dental
     services, with the exception of Invisalign, porcelain
     veneers, or any other services referred to specialist
     (ie. orthodontics, endodontics, surgery, etc.)
